Territory Sales Manager
Hogg Fuel and Supply has been an active member of many regional communities in Ontario for the past 125 years. Hogg provides the community with gasoline, heating oil, diesel fuel, commercial lubricant and related unique specialty services. We are a leading supplier of Chevron, Sunoco, Shell and private brands.
As Territory Sales Manager you will be responsible for:
- Prospecting and generating sales for all of our brands in lubricant and fuel products to commercial customers
- Working with management to develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales and achieve agreed upon targets for your territory
- Reporting on all activity in your territory in a responsible and thorough manner
- Taking all training available to ensure that you are current with the development of our products and the suitability for our customer’s requirements
- Acquiring and sustaining quality relationships with our customers and ensuring that they are taken care with the highest quality service in the industry. Hogg has built its reputation on uncompromised quality of care with leading products
The ideal candidate will possess:
A minimum of 3 years experience in selling and working with commercial customers in a business to business sales relationship. Ideally, the candidate will have direct relevant experience in the same target customer area.
The candidate will have very strong communication and interpersonal skills and will represent our company professionally. The candidate’s success will come from a strong sense of motivation to succeed in a competitive market.
Strong negotiation skills are essential.
Compensation is industry leading and comprised of base, variable compensation related to sales performance and bonuses.
